About us
Energy for a Better Tomorrow.
Helios Oro Energy Limited is a Nigerian energy solutions company focused on helping organisations transition toward cleaner, more reliable and more efficient energy systems.
Who we are
Engineering-led, not a solar shop.
Our work brings together renewable generation, energy storage, efficiency and distributed-energy technologies to address real-world energy challenges. Rather than approaching every customer with the same solution, we believe energy systems should be designed around actual needs.
Our Mission
To deliver practical clean-energy solutions that improve how Nigeria generates, manages and uses power.
We combine technology, engineering and an understanding of local operating conditions to develop energy solutions designed for real-world use.
Our Vision
To become a trusted force in Nigeria's transition toward reliable, sustainable energy.
A future where businesses and communities have greater control over their energy, renewables contribute significantly to supply, and efficiency becomes part of everyday operations.
Our values
What we hold ourselves to.
Integrity
We communicate clearly and build relationships around trust.
Engineering Excellence
Good energy projects begin with good technical design.
Sustainability
Environmental responsibility is integrated into how projects are developed.
Reliability
Energy infrastructure has to perform when customers need it.
Innovation
We explore technologies that make clean energy more useful and accessible.
Partnership
The best projects are built with clients, communities and technical partners.
Why Helios Oro
Local understanding. Global energy direction.
Nigeria's energy landscape is changing rapidly. The Electricity Act 2023 provides a framework recognising renewable energy within generation, transmission and distribution, while government programmes continue to expand opportunities for distributed and renewable energy.
